2024-2025 Withdrawal and Refund Policy
Full Season Programs (Junior 2, White, Blue, Senior & Senior Elite)
- Members wishing to cease their CPWD membership and/or withdraw from programming must provide 30 days written notice via email to the Head Coach, Registrar, President and Treasurer. Incurred or billed SNC/Swim-Ontario Insurance Fees, Mandatory Fundraising Fees, Volunteer Fees, Meet Fees and/or any purchased equipment, unfortunately, can not be refunded.
- No refunds after February 1, 2025. Withdrawals of competitive swimmers after February 1, 2025 will not qualify for a refund; the balance of swim fees for the remainder of the season will be charged.
- CPWD wants to encourage new swimmers to give our club a try. Swimmers who decide within 2 weeks of initial registration to cancel their membership, will have all swim fees already paid refunded.
Session-Based Programs (Junior 1 & Youth Conditioning)
- Members who wish to withdraw from a session must provide written notice via email to the Registrar prior to the start of the session to receive a full refund of registration fees.
- Incurred or billed SNC/Swim-Ontario Insurance Fees, Mandatory Fundraising Fees, Volunteer Fees, Meet Fees and/or any purchased equipment, unfortunately, can not be refunded.
Masters
