Lloydminster Riptides 2023-2024 Coaching Staff

Head Coach:  Cory Totman

Cory swam with the Lloydminster Aquanauts and the Lloydminster Rebels from age 5-19yrs.  His favourite strokes at the end of his summer swimming experience were backstroke and IM.  Cory attended the University of Lethbridge and was a member of their Men's Swimming USport team.  This provided the opportunity for him to experience different distances and to represent the University at out of province swim meets.

Cory has had a great time coaching for the Lloydminster Ritpides since 2019 and with the Lloydminster Rebels since 2015!  He is currently our Head Coach and actively coaches all our swimming groups in some capacity!  Cory has his Coach 201 and continues to work dually for the Ritpides and Rebels as he thoroughly loves coaching swimming!!

We are extremely fortunate to have a coach within our club that is so passionate and extremely knowledgeable about all areas of swimming.  Cory’s experience as a competitive swimmer at a variety of levels has proven to be a real asset to advancing our swimmers.  Everyone loves Cory!!
