- ONLY Athletes, Coaches & Working Officials in Session are permitted on the pool deck. (All Spectators are to watch from the second floor viewing gallery.)

Parents will not be able to accompany their children to the changeroom (-Dec 1)
- There will be Changeroom Attendants in all 3 changerooms for the Jingle Bell Swim Meet. Attendants will be responsible to monitor the spaces and ensure cleanliness. (-Dec 1)

- Participants are reminded that there is to be no food or eating on deck during the event. This includes glass containers. Eating is permitted in the front lobby, pool stands or in any rooms available as designated by event organizers. Please ensure you clean up after yourself and dispose of all waste in available receptacles.

- Event organizers and Coaches from all attending clubs will support in directing traffic on the pool deck.

> All attending Clubs for 12U sessions recommended to have a club coach greet their athletes at the change room entrances and directing athletes where to go on deck upon athletes arrival at start of session.

> It is encouraged for clubs to bring banners or table cloths to put on the front of the coaches tables on the north side of the pool deck to help guide swimmers where to go.

MPAC Weekend Parking and Additional Parking Map: SPECIAL NOTE for this Meet -Dec 1

The Pan Am Centre is hosting 2 large events on the following weekend starting Dec 12-14, 2025. Both the gymnasium and pool will be very busy and parking will be very limited. MPAC wants to be fair to both organizations and has provided the following limited parking plan and would appreciate your support.

Friday Dec 12, 2025 – Overflow Parking Lot

The Overflow parking lot will be available to swim athletes and guests.
All athletes, coaches and guests will enter the main parking lot from 16 Main Street Union.
Parking is currently free.
Your athletes will arrive on Fri Dec 12, after Volleyball has started and be directed to the overflow parking lot.
The Over Flow parking lot will be closed until 10:00 am and opened for the swimmers and coaches when they begin to arrive. (The meet starts at 12:00 pm with warm ups at 11:00 am.)
Swimmers are to park in the Overflow Parking lot. Once these 200 spots are full, swimmers and their guests will need to go to either the York Remington lot at 436 Enterprise Blvd (a paid parking lot) or the Unionville Go Station across the street 7970 Kennedy Road (free parking). Refer to map below.

Saturday Dec 13 & Sunday Dec 14, 2025 – Main Parking lot

Swimmers, coaches and guests will park in the Main parking lot.
The Overflow Parking Lot will be closed and only available to the Volleyball Showcase athletes.
There will be a parking security guard on site.
Once the spots for swimmers coaches and guests in the main lot are filled, additional parking will be at the York Remington lot at 436 Enterprise Blvd (a paid parking lot) or the Unionville Go State across the street 7970 Kennedy Road (free parking). Refer to the map below.

Cost (maximum): $1.75/half-hour ($15.00 max)
