Ellis Anstey 8

Male 11 & Under 100 Breast 1:59.26, 25th                     Male 11 & Under 200 Free 3:26.99, 22nd

Male 11 & Under 100 Free 1:34.60, 28th                        Male 11 & Under 50 Back 49.63, 24th

Male 11 & Under 100 Back 1:41.39, 24th                        Male 11 & Under 50 Free 40.31, 31st

Male 11 & Under 50 Breast 52.46, 17th

Ellis had spent the previous 2 weeks recovering from being struck with an “inanimate object”, but he was able to get in the water and break 2 minutes for the first time ever in his 100 breast and then achieve best times in both his 50 breast and 50 free!  He is so close to getting under 40 seconds!  Way to go Ellis!

Alexis Goffinet 14 F

Female 13 & Over 50 Fly 36.82, 18th                               Female 13 & Over 100 Free 1:11.74, 27th

Female 13 & Over 50 Back 37.12, 15th                            Female 13 & Over 100 Back 1:26.03, 26th

Female 13 & Over 50 Free 32.02, 24th

Alexis’ very first winter club meet went very well as she showed everyone (including herself) that she has what it takes to race.  She had 100% best times after only starting to train in early December!  Very well done!

Kaden Goffinet 17 M

Male 14 & Over 100 Breast 1:13.07, 1st                         Male 14 & Over 50 Fly 31.10, 1st

Male 14 & Over 100 Free 57.86, 4th                                Male 14 & Over 50 Back 32.28, 1st

Male 14 & Over 50 Free 26.38, 1st                                   Male 14 & Over 50 Breast 33.43, 1st

Kaden actually got told at one point he was “too fast” to swim his 100 Free, but that is only because he took off so much time it looked like he could just dominate every race he did!  With some great breakthroughs in speed, technique and skills, Kaden was able to push himself very close to some Champ Times!  Way to go!

Jordan Hill 16 F

Female 13 & Over 50 Fly 37.88, 25th                              Female 800 Free 11:21.80, 6th

Female 13 & Over 100 Free 1:11.82, 28th                    Female 13 & Over 400 Free 5:26.31, 11th

Female 13 & Over 100 Back 1:23.20, 20th                     Female 13 & Over 50 Free 33.41, 35th

Female 13 & Over 50 Breast 45.18, 38th

Jordan came to the meet and put in a great effort after being sick the week before.  She did a best time in her 50 fly and then was able to greatly improve on her races from the week prior.  I know that after Christmas she will be back training hard and feeling much healthier in 2026!

Elizabeth Humphreys 15 F

Female 13 & Over 50 Fly 31.60, 3rd                                Female 13 & Over 100 Free 1:07.55, 10th

Female 13 & Over 50 Back 33.69, 4th

Elizabeth raced twice in 2 weeks, but that did not stop her from best times in her 50 fly and 50 back, with a surge from 8th to 3rd place in her fly and a similar one in back to a 4th place! She had to bow out of Sunday due to a lifeguarding course but did a great job the first 2 days!

Sydni Martens 22 F

Female 13 & Over 100 Breast 1:55.96, 29th           Female 13 & Over 100 Free, 1:41.21, 60th

Female 13 & Over 50 Free 44.36, 62nd                    Female 13 & Over 50 Breast 5:25, 39th

Sydni had a very successful meet with 3 out of 4 best times.  Her technique has improved so much over the past year, and now with her focusing on her endurance, I think everyone can expect her to drop even more time in 2026!

Zoe Peterson 9 F

Female 10 & Under 200 Free 3:26.66, 7th                     Female 10 & Under 100 Free 1:44.56, 26th

Female 10 & Under 50 Back 55.69, 34th                        Female 10 & Under 100 Back 1:54.74, 25th

Female 10 & Under 50 Free 43.47, 23rd                        Female 10 & Under 50 Breast 1:00.95, 24th

Zoe had a really great meet with some excellent best times and one heckuva swim in her 200 free, getting into the final, dropping 15 seconds overall that day and moving into 7th place!  It was great watching her start to think more about how to race, and I can tell she is very focused and brave in the pool!  Awesome job!

Olivia Willberg 13 F

Female 13 & Over 50 Fly 37.33, 22nd                           Female 13 & Over 200 Free 2:40.67, 22nd

Female 13 & Over 100 Free 1:11.69, 26th                   Female 13 & Over 50 Back 37.68, 22nd

Female 13 & Over 50 Free 34.04, 40th                         Female 13 & Over 50 Breast 44.38, 23rd

Female 400 IM 6:44.41, 18th

Olivia raced her 400 IM and did so well!  She had other good swims including her 100 free and 50 back and spent the time before her big event worried about it (which anyone would be!), but she raced hard all weekend and impressed herself with her tenacity in all of her races.  Time will tell if she will do another 400 IM, but everyone is proud of her for doing it!
