Ethan had less than a week to prepare for Festival but he made the most of things starting with a great best time in his 200 Breast!  Moving on, he worked hard in all of his other events, swam in Saturday’s relay and had fun!  Great job, Ethan!

Wesley had a very good meet, with 3 new club records, and making a final in her 100 Free; she dropped nearly 5 seconds and used up all her energy for the day in doing so. Welsey, you are one tough cookie!

Davis had a good meet, taking a lot of time off in his events.  He listens well and is attentive during the meet, watching races, asking questions and supporting his teammates.  Great job!

Johnson, Isla Female (9-12)

Isla had 2 full days, making 3 finals and getting some impressive best times and new club records!  She listened well and worked very well in all of her events, especially her finish in the final of her 50 Breast where she caught and passed 2 swimmers to get a silver medal!

Avery proved her speed again this meet by getting closer to that 30 second barrier in her 50 Free.  She raced hard all weekend with several best times and had some fun with her teammates.  She also got her first 14 year old trials time this weekend!

Isa worked hard in all her events and culminated in a very well swum 100 Free.  Her underwaters are getting stronger every meet and she is usually coming up with her heat off her dive after kicking longer than everyone else in the race!  Keep up your hard work!

Connor had such a strong meet, and as this was his last Festival (he turns 13 right away), he made the most of it with some great time drops in his 400 Free and 200 Breast.  He is very quickly catching provincial trials times and looks stronger every meet!

Oliver impressed the whole weekend with a positive attitude and made the most of his races.  His strongest performance was his 100 Breast where took off 1 second, and he lead off the medley relay on Sunday with a great 50 Back. Great work!
