Swimmers Recognized on the National Stage

ROCS is proud to celebrate two outstanding athletes for their recent accomplishments and recognition on the national and international stage.

Sinead Gomes
Congratulations to Sinead, who has been named to Swimming Canada’s 2025 National Development Program ID Team. This program focuses on identifying and developing talent for progression to the Senior National Team and future international podium success.
Selections are based on long course performances and recognize athletes with strong potential for national team representation. Way to go, Sinead, on this remarkable achievement and recognition of your dedication and performance!

Logan Milne
A big congratulations as well to Logan, who will be competing at the upcoming World Aquatics Swimming World Cup. One of the three stops will be hosted in Toronto this year. Logan earned his selection based on results from the Speedo Canadian Short Course Championships. Now in his first year at the University of Toronto, representing the Varsity Blues, Logan will race in the 50m, 100m, and 200m breaststroke events. We’re excited to cheer him on as he races among the world’s best.
