2025-2026 Program Registration

We have opened the ROC Swimming registration for the 2025-2026 swim season
at Carleton University.

Returning members should receive the link to register via email.

Our adult triathlon programs at Carleton University, Plant+Sawmill and Splash Pool will open shortly in August 2025 for new and returning members.

Prospective new age group ROCS swimmers must take part in a free in-person assessment or trial practice with our coaches to sort out the group best suited to their ability. Prospective adult Triathlon members do not need to do an in-person assessment, but should contact Rick directly via email.
