Rapids swimmers turned out in numbers for the first Splash and Dash of the year.  It was great to see such great participation on the second to last day of training camp.

Congratulations to Artur Yushko (10) who made his AA qualifying time in the 50 freestyle.  This qualifying time allows him to participate at the BC AA championships in Chilliwack in February.

As well, there were 2 new club records broken. 
Matthew Crawford (10) broke the 10 & under boys 50 freestyle record by going 32.12.  Nicolaas Dekker (16) broke the 15 & 16 boys 400 freestyle record in 4:09.60.

In total there were 47 personal bests recorded at the time trial.
