Members of the PAG, Regional and ND groups stepped up to race this Friday evening.  This was an unsanctioned event done during practice and as a result none of the times here are valid.  It was a great opportunity for swimmers to get on the blocks and see how they were doing.  New techniques and tactics were tried and the swimmers had a great opportunity to sharpen up going into Championship month.
