The second day of Provincial Championships was full of ups and downs for the Rapids. It was a challenging day, due to a tough schedule of speed and endurance. At the end of finals, the Rapids had slipped to fifth place overall.

Considering the lack of event entries, though, this positioning was encouraging.

"We knew it would be tough to hold on to that second place spot through Friday," said Coach Drew McClure. "It was through great performances in finals that we were able to stay near the top of the rankings. We're looking to fight back up."

The Rapids finished the day with more individual medals than Thursday. Top 8 finishes follow.
