A quick update

Major meeting with consultants and project manager took place earlier today.
Air and water testing has been completed, and we are hoping to receive results back tomorrow.
We started draining the competition pool early this morning.  Draining to be complete overnight.
The company that applied the new coating will be pressure washing and scrubbing the pool basin tomorrow, under the supervision of project manager.  When the cleaning is complete, the basin will then be inspected by an engineer.
The results of the water testing will determine if additional remedial work is required on the basin, and will influence when we can start refilling the pool.
