REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be issued as follows:

-    Before May 07, 2025 - Full refund minus $150 adminstration fee

-    May 08 - May 31, 2025 - 50% of registration fees after $150 admintration fee removed

-    No refunds after May 31st, 2025

-    In the event the season is canceled, a prorated refund will be issued after all expenses already incurred are covered for the season.

Refund for Medical Resons:

Spruce Grove Barracaduas may, at the discretion of the Executive, refund swim fees minus $150 administration fee, for extenuating circumstances that fall outside our refund timeline.
