Patriot Swim Club 2025–2026 Season Registration

Please read all of the following information before registering to join the team. 

Fees and Billing Information

• There is a one-time registration fee to join the team for the year (the season runs Aug 1 - July 31) = $130
   
• The monthly training fees (dues) are outlined on the breakdown of the groups. 
   
• Every swimmer (competitive group AND pre-competition teams) must have a Premium USA Swimming membership - which you purchase and maintain through USA Swimming ($89 annual fee). The premium membership is required as these swimmers compete in USA Swim meets over the course of the year. 
  • ​To register: Parents will first create their own USA Swimming account. DO NOT purchase your own membership - add your swimmer to your account and purchase the membership for the swimmer. 

Additional fees: 

• Each meet has a cost associated (these costs vary... they are charged through Patriots.. but the fee goes to USA Swim). The amount is announced prior to the meet so you know the cost (average $35/meet + $7/event.. so you pay $35 to "enter" and then $7/event your swimmer competes in at that meet). 
• One swim meet/month is required of swimmers in the White, Red, Blue and Senior Groups. You can see the schedule for these meets on our "Meets & Events" page. Please make effort effort to be available for these meet dates. 
• Patriot Swim Club is a 12-month commitment. If you leave the group prior to the end of the year (the season ends July 31, 2026), there is a $500 cancellation fee, plus the balance of incomplete volunteers hours as described below. 
• If you need to place your account on hold, a $75 monthly hold fee will apply. 
• White, Red, Blue and Senior group swimmers must purchase a swim suit and team t-shirt.

Multi-athlete family discount:

• 10% off for 2 swimmers
• 20% off for 3 swimmers
• 25% off for 4 swimmers
• 30% off for 5 or more swimmers
  (Discounts apply automatically for athletes registered under the same account.)

Volunteer Policy 

At Patriot Swim Club, our strength comes not only from our swimmers but from the amazing families that surround and support them. As a parent-powered, non-profit organization, we rely on your time, energy, and heart to help us create a seamless, meaningful experience for every athlete — both on deck and behind the scenes.

Volunteering is not just a requirement — it’s how we build our team culture, keep costs manageable, and create unforgettable moments for our swimmers. To keep our program running smoothly and fairly for all, we’ve outlined the following Volunteer Hours Policy for the 2025–2026 season:

Black and Silver groups:  

• Families are required to complete 4 hours at each "home" swim meet hosted at Beckman (see dates below). This totals 12 hours/year (3 meets x 4 hours). If these 4 hours are not completed, the family will be charged $35 per unfulfilled hour on the first business day after the swim meet. If an account is canceled before completing the 12-hour requirement, the family will be charged $35 for each hour not completed.
   
• That's it! You'll see other opportunities posted in other months - you DON'T need to sign up for them. In fact, we ask that you DO NOT sign up for them unless we specifically make an ask of Black/Silver families (for a team party or another big event). We need to leave those opportunities available to other members to complete their required hours. :) 

White, Red, Blue, and Senior groups:

• Families must complete 24 volunteer hours per year/ per family (August 1 – July 31), regardless of how long the account remains active. 
   
  • Every month: you must complete 1 volunteer hour. This can be fullfilled by helping at a team or practice event (team parties, popsicle/water/pizza delivery, awards, ribbons, etc) OR by working a job at a swim meet (timer, canopy setup/breakdown). 1 hour/month = 12 hours total. If this hour is not completed at the end of the month, the family will be charged $35 per unfulfilled hour (you will be billed directly).
     
  • On months with a HOME swim meet (see dates below): In addition to your one monthly hour as described above, you must also complete 4 volunteer hours AT the home meet (setup, timer, concessions, ready bench, breakdown, etc). 3 meets in a year x 4 hours/meet = 12 hours. If these 4 hours are not completed, the family will be charged $35 per unfulfilled hour on the first business day after the swim meet.
     
• Details:
  • Volunteers must be 16 years or older
  • You can not "bank" hours for the next month. We love when people go above-and-beyond.. but even if you do 3 hours in one month, you wlll still need to complete your required one hour the next month. 
  • Even if a family exceeds the 12 general hours, they are still required to complete the 4 hours at each hosted meet.
  • If an account is canceled before completing the 24-hour requirement, the family will be charged $35 for each hour not completed. 
  • If your account is on hold... it does not change the expectation to complete the volunteer hours. 
  • Volunteer hours do not "roll over" to next year.

Free 2-Week Trial for New Members:

If you’re new to Patriot Swim Club, you're eligible for a free 2-week trial.

• The trial must be used over two consecutive weeks starting from your first day.
• Former members are not eligible for the trial.
• All trial swimmers must have a valid Premium USA Swimming membership — this is required to attend practices and participate in meets.
• If you decide to join after your trial, your monthly dues will be prorated.

Special Note for Northpark Residents:
Please note that Northpark practices are available exclusively to Northpark residents, and proof of residency is required at the time of registration.
