Tuesday: (Limited):   Practice for Junior and Challenge Groups Only.   No Practice for DP or A Groups.

Wednesday:  Practice

Thursday (Limited):   Practice for DP and A Groups Only.   No Practice for Junior or Challenge Groups.

Tuesday and Thursday Practices This Week

This week the VHS Girls Water Polo has 2 "Home" games.  Since their games run into our normal practice times, we will offer practices for just half of the groups on each of these nights.

Tuesday's practice will be for J1, J2, J3, CH1, CH2, and CH3 Only as follows:

    CH3:  5:30 - 7:30 with "dry land"

    CH2:  5:45 - 7:30

    CH1:  6:00 - 7:30

    JR3:  6:00 - 7:15

    JR2:  6:00 - 7:00

    JR1:  6:00 - 6:45

Thursday's practice will be for DP2, DP3, DP4, A1, A2, A3, A4 Only.

    DP2:  6:00 - 6:30

    DP3:  6:30 - 7:00

    DP4:  7:00 - 7:30

    A1:  6:00 - 6:45

    A2:  6:30 - 7:30 (Normal)

    A3:  6:15 - 7:30 (Normal)

    A4:  6:00 - 7:30 (Normal)

 

 

Winter Incentive Program - Week 4 Summary

Orange Committee Meets

At this time, there are no meets to sign up for.  The next meet will be January 24-25 at Golden West which won't be available for a couple of weeks.

 

 

USA Swimming Registration Renewal

Just as a reminder, for those swimmers that have an USA Swimming Registration that expires on December 31st, you will be charged the $90 (per swimmer) renewal fee tomorrow.

The process for renewing your swimmer's registration will be taking care by STOP.  There is nothing you need to do.
