STREAMLINE offers interesting and educative clinics for swimmers of different levels. Classroom presentations including videos and pictures teach participants what proper technique is. Above- and underwater cameras and TV stations, which include instant play-back DVR technology and DVD player for demonstrations, help swimmers gain understanding of how to improve their own technique.
We offer the following 2-day technique clinics (9 hours total) through open registration on different dates throughout the year:
- Starts & Turns: For Free & Back
- Starts & Turns: For Breast & Fly
- Butterfly: From Start to Finish
- Backstroke: From Start to Finish
- Breaststroke: From Start to Finish
- Freestyle: From Start to Finish
- Freestyle for Triathlon/Masters
STREAMLINE clinics are offered in the GCISD Swim Center in Grapevine and in the LISD Aquatic Center in The Colony and are designed for specific age or target groups.
