Swim Team Fees

Monthly Membership Fee - The fee schedule below will be effective September 1, 2024

White Group: $170

Yellow 1 Group: $180

Yellow 2 Group: $190

Brown 1 Group: $200

Brown 2 Group: $270

Grey Group: $320

Black Group: $320

Payments

All payments are due on the 1st of each month. A late fee of $15 will be assessed and charged to your account. All members must have a credit or debit card on file via the Team Unify website.

Membership is continuous; you will be charged monthly while you are a member of our swim team. If you take a month off, you will be charged a reregistration fee equal to one month's fees.

As of September 1, 2013, all payments will be collected via credit or debit card.

The annual Registration Fee includes Colorado Swimming Inc (CSI) and USA Swimming registration, as well as insurance and administrative costs. All First-time year-round members will receive a T-shirt and cap. All Fall/Winter Splash swimmers can purchase a cap for $ 15 and T-shirts for $ 20. This will be collected via the credit card on file.

$95 annually on September 1 

We are a year-round swim team and determine our fees based on operating costs over 12 months. If you join the team, you are committing to continually paying every month throughout the entire time you are a team member. We cannot suspend accounts for vacations. If you suspend your account for any time, you must pay a reregistration fee of $300.

YMCA Membership Required - As of September 2014, all swimmers on our year-round team, Fall Splash, Winter Splash, or High School Preseason, must be members of the YMCA of Boulder Valley (under the Flatiron Swimming corporate rate).

Summer Water fees

Due to the very high cost of renting water space at Scott Carpenter and North Boulder Rec Center during the summer months of May, June, July, and August, we have an additional water fee. If you do not swim at the Lafayette Y during those two months, you can freeze your Y membership to offset the additional summer water fees.

Meet Fees - Meet fees are charged in addition to your monthly dues, including a pool surcharge, per-event fees, and a team meet fee. Local meet team fee = $25, State meet fee = $75, travel meet team fee within the state of Colorado = $100, travel meet team fee out of state = $ 300 are billed to your account and are paid monthly via debit or credit card through our website. Meet fees can add up quickly; please read the information and understand the fees before signing up for a meeting. If you commit and sign up for events at a meet and do not attend, you are still responsible for paying the meet fees. They are non-refundable once we submit our teams' entries.
