This will be the start of the FORM Swim Team practices at Rangeview High School. The main emphasis is on stroke improvement in the four competitive strokes (butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke, and freestyle). Coaches also work with the swimmers on starts and turns in preparation for swim meets.
General Characteristics
- 9 years and older
- Experience in CARA Swimming, Summer League Swimming, or Swim Lessons
- Capable of swimming a 25 of Front Crawl and Back Crawl (Beginner Group)
- Proper technique with breaststroke kick (Beginner Group)
