Our Mission is to create a fun, positive, and safe environment for swimmer of all levels to grow and reach their goals in the sport of swimming.
Our Philosophy is built around the idea that "You Get What You Put In". Each swimmer measures success in their own way. Success to one swimmer may be to be state champion, while working out and staying in shape may be important to another. And how hard a swimmer works determines how successful they will be.

Our Main Focus is on technique and proper strength building exercises, which assists athletes in reaching their highest potential. Practices are designed for swimmer looking for either a year round practice regimen or preparation for the upcoming MHSL or High School season.
The team is broken into three levels based on age, ability, and dedication. This allows us to focus on what is important for that age/skill level. Our coaches, as members, of the American Swimming Coaches Association, have access to the most comprehensive training and certification program for youth coaches of any sport in the United States. They provide assurances that the time children spend in swimming will be quality time.
Our Primary Goal is to keep athletes in the sport through encouragement from coaches, parents, and the team. For many swimming athletes, the sports tends to be more about the individual when it comes to practice and competition. Athletes don't have the same teammate interactions as other sports, which sometimes leads to friction during competitions. This tends to tkae the fun out of the sports and athletes will begin to lose interest.
