WHEN: Swimmers choose 3 practices from the HS/HS+ schedule.

WHERE: WaterWorks or Northridge Rec Center - Highlands Ranch

WHAT YOU GET:  Three technique, power, and speed training sessions per week (excludes holidays and facility/practice closures). Perfect for the high school swimmer looking to get the jump on the Competition!  OPEN TO ALL HIGH SCHOOL SWIMMERS

COST: $150/month + One Time $50 Registration Fee
