Practice Changes for Groups 3 & 4, Seniors, and Sectionals in July
There will be a few changes in practice times and locations during July while Andy is traveling with our older MACS swimmers. Please check the calendar on the website and note these upcoming changes.
Meet Entries for the MACS Suburban League on July 25 at Pier Point Due July 12
MACS will host a Suburban League meet for Mini-MACS and Group 1 swimmers on Sunday, July 25 at Pier Point. Meet entries are due next Monday. This is a quick and easy meet, with a mid-morning start time, so plan to join us to swim or help with timing or concessions.
MACS Annual Picnic, Pool Party, and Photos Scheduled for July 26
The MACS annual picnic will be held on Monday, July 26 from 5-8 p.m. Plan to join us for great food, fun pool time for the kids, and the MACS team and individual photos. Details will be shared soon for this fun event. .
Last SCRIP Order of the Season To Be Placed on July 8
The next SCRIP order will be placed on Thursday. This is the last SCRIP order of the season, so plan to stock up! Swimmer’s Edge Swim Clinic Scheduled for August 7 - Click here for Detail Flyer
MACS will be holding a swim clinic on August 7 from 12-2 p.m. This clinic is a great opportunity for anyone who might be interested in MACS to visit Pier Point, meet our coaches, and get information about the team—all while getting some time in the pool working on their strokes. Remember that a portion of your fundraising obligations will be waived if you bring a new swimmer to the team who is not affiliated with a USA swim club. MACS enrollment has dropped from a high of 140 swimmers to roughly 115 swimmers this summer. We need to get those swimmer numbers up this fall, so please spread the word about our great team.
