Andy Niemann was presented with the 2011 Colorado Swimming Coach of the Year award at Colorado Swimming's awards banquet this past Saturday!! This is the third time Andy has earned this award. Great job!! This is an honor that is based on the votes from the Colorado coaching community. The speech for the presentation was really nice.... how Andy is a mentor and friend to other coaches in the state and represents ethical coaching to everyone...how he does it all out of a 6 lane bubble pool with a smaller team and consistently has great swimmers. Congrats!!
