Butter Braids
Butter Braid order forms must be turned in at the Pier Point mailbox or to the coaches. The final day to turn in your order form is Wednesday, November 9th. No orders will be placed after this date.
This is a great opportunity to raise money towards your fundraising commitment. For each Butter Braid sold, five dollars will be earned for the team and your families fundraising commitment.
The sales price for each Butter Braid is $12 and payment needs to be collected at the time of sale. Completed order forms along with payment needs to be turned in no later than November 9th. Checks are to be payable to MACS.
Orders will be available to be picked up at 4pm on November 17th at Pier Point. You must pick up your orders at this time since Butter Braids are perishable and cannot be stored by the team.

Scrips
The next deadline to submit a SCRIP order is Thursday, November 10th. For your own planning, the next order deadlines are December 1st and December 15th. Click here to download the order form and access additional information from the MACS website. Please contact Mary Lou Waite with any questions.
Upcoming Meets
Registration is now open for CSI Winter Open (Pioneer Open) scheduled for December 2-4, 2011. This is a prelim/final meet with qualifying times for certain events. Coach Catherine sent an email last week with detailed information about registration for this meet. Please review this email or check with your coach if you have any questions. The registration deadline is Tuesday, November 15th.
Be sure to check the MACS website for upcoming meets and registration deadlines. The next six meets are always on the main page of the website. Watch your email for registration announcements for upcoming meets and check with your coach if you have any questions about meets and specific events.
