Eaglecrest Party to celebrate the end of the short course season!
Mini Macs, AG1 & AG2 will have a swim party on Thursday, May 3rd at Eaglecrest. ALL 3 groups should come to the pool at 5:45 for swim relays, games, etc. At 6:45 we will have snacks & desserts in the hallway. Please see the sign-up sheet below to contribute to the party. Swim-a-thon Updates
Congratulations everyone - we have passed our initial goal and are continuing to receive donations! This is an important fundraiser due to the upcoming financial needs of the team (new boiler and pool covers at Pier Point). The Board has dedicated 50% of the proceeds of this fundraiser be dedicated to these upcoming team expenses.
All offline donations (checks or cash entered on the MACS website) have been marked approved so they show up in your swimmer’s total donations. A receipt will be sent by email after the Swim-a-thon to all offline donors. Credit card donors were emailed a receipt immediately. If you have received cash or check donations, be sure to enter them as an offline donation on the MACS website. Click here to enter additional offline donations. All donations will need to be turned in at the Swim-a-thon on May 5th at Pier Point. Also, fundraising credit for donations will not be reflected until the June 1st MACS invoice, once all donations are received.
