September Splash Pool Party - All Swimmers and Families Welcome!
Be sure to join us for our September Splash Pool Party on Friday, September 21st from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Pier Point. Register for the MACS Fall Invitational
The MACS Fall Invitational Swim Meet is scheduled for October 19-21 at Arapahoe High School. The registration deadline is Friday, September 28th. Check with your coach if you have questions about swimming in this meet. Click here to register for the meet.
Volunteers for the MACS Fall Invitational
The sign up sheet for the MACS Fall Invitation Swim Meet will be open soon. This meet is the largest team fundraising event and we are expecting over 600 swimmers to attend. MACS has a tradition of hosting a well organized meet entirely hosted and run by our parent volunteers. Every family will need to sign up to help for the meet to be a success - watch your email in the coming weeks. New: King Soopers Reloadable Cards
The SCRIP fundraising program just got easier! You can now use a reloadable King Soopers card for your regular grocery shopping and earn 5% toward your fundraising requirement. See the attached flyer for more details. Mary Lou Waite will be at the Pool Party on Friday evening taking initial card orders and answering questions. The next SCRIP order can be placed up until Friday evening at the MACS Pool Party. The next three SCRIP order deadlines are now on the MACS website. Butter Braid Fundraising
The team will be organizing Butter Braid sales in early October with distribution in early November. If you are interested in helping to organize this fundraising event please contact Stuart Urban at [email protected].
Reminder: Set Up Automatic Payments
If you have not already done so, please sign in to your MACS Account and set up automatic payments from a Credit Card or Checking Account (ACH). The team charges a $10 processing fee for any payments by check. Select the Payment Setup Tab after signing in to your account to make any changes.
