Monday, October 1st at 6pm in hallway outside of pool area at Eaglecrest (Bring your own chair since we will be in the hallway!)
We are thrilled to have so many new swimmers joining our MACS family! We know that many of you may be feeling like a fish out of water right now. It is always a challenge to join a new group and is even a little more difficult to understand a sport like Swimming. Plan to attend this meeting so that you can learn about the following:
- Navigating the MACS website
- Signing up for meets
- What to expect at meets/ Helpful hints/ Meet protocols
- Responsibilities of hosting a meet
- Successful practices
- Fundraising Options (SCRIP and more)
- Getting Involved
- Timer Training
If for some reason you can't attend this informative meeting but have questions please contact Susan Bobka at [email protected] or one of the MACS Board Members. Welcome to the team. Trust us it will get easier!
MACS Fall Meet - We Need Your Help!

If you have never attended a swim meet and are not sure what to do, click here for a detailed description of all meet functions. Also, timing is one of the easiest and most fun jobs of all - and you get the best seat to watch the swimming. We will provide training as well.

New: King Soopers Reloadable Cards
The SCRIP fundraising program just got easier! You can now use a reloadable King Soopers card for your regular grocery shopping and earn 5% toward your fundraising requirement. Once you have your card, you can reload it directly at King Soopers. Please contact Mary Lou Waite at [email protected] with any questions.
Personal testimonial... I purchased a King Soopers Card through SCRIP last week by writing a check to MACS and filling out the SCRIP Order Form. My card was delivered to me at my daughter's practice. With the card, bought gasoline at Loaf 'n' Jug and groceries at King Soopers. My initial purchase of $200 earned the team $10 and a portion of my monthly fundraising requirement. On my next trip to King Soopers, I am going to reload my card and continue to earn 5% towards my fundraising requirement. I wish that I would have started using SCRIP a long time ago - this is easy!
