SCRIP Orders Due Tomorrow The next SCRIP order is due on Thursday, October 18th. The SCRIP order deadlines for the remainder of the year are now on the MACS website. MACS Fall Meet Volunteers Thank you to everyone who signed up to help at this weekend's meet. It could not be done without you and your help is greatly appreciated. We still have a few volunteer opportunities available if you have not signed up yet. Click here to review your volunteer job or sign up for an available opening. Click here for the food sign up sheet. We have an amazing team of swimmers and an exceptionally supportive and generous team of parent volunteers - the entire organization thanks all of you!!! Reminder: Timers and other on-deck jobs... be sure to wear comfortable shoes that can get wet. Shorts are recommended too! Updated Meet Start Times As previously announced, the meet will be managed in three sessions on Saturday and Sunday. Be sure to arrive early to find a seat and be ready for warmups. Swim Meet Basics Is this your first swim meet? Maybe your first very large meet? Click here for a step-by-step guide outlining what you can expect at this weekend's swim meet. When you arrive at Arapahoe HIgh School (on time, of course), find a place to sit and have your swimmer find his/her coach. Typically, MACS families have sat in the bleacher area behind the blocks, at the northeast end of the pool. Look for other MACS families and MACS gear. Click here for the complete list of meet tips. Remember, the most important job we all have is to support and cheer for our swimmers. Swim Caps MACS Coaches will have team caps available at the meet. They will distribute them and the cost will be added to your monthly team invoice. Team Suits from MI Sports MI Sports will be at the meet. If you ordered a team suit, MI Sports will have your suit to be picked up at the meet. They will be onsite all weekend long for any equipment needs or additional orders.
