Butter Braid Sales
All Butter Braid order forms must be turned in by Saturday, November 10th. NO LATE ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Order forms and payment can be turned in to the coaches or placed in the black mailbox near the office at Pier Point (before November 10th).
This is a great opportunity to raise money towards your fundraising commitment. For each Butter Braid sold, five dollars will be earned for the team and your fundraising commitment.
The sales price for each Butter Braid is $12 and payment needs to be collected at the time of sale. Completed order forms along with payment needs to be turned in no later than November 10th. Checks are to be payable to MACS.
Butter Braids will only be available for pickup at Pier Point on Saturday, November 17th between 9:30am-11:30am. ALL ORDERS MUST BE PICKED UP AT THIS TIME - NO EXCEPTIONS! Butter Braids are perishable and the team is not able to store them. If you are not able to pick up your order on the 17th, make arrangements to have someone else pick up your order.

SCRIP Orders
The next SCRIP order is due on Thursday, November 15th. The SCRIP order deadlines for the remainder of the year are now on the MACS website. The MACS website is a great source of information about the SCRIP program including details about the reloadable King Soopers card. MACS Winter Invitational Swim Meet
Save the date... the MACS Winter Invitational Swim Meet will be held at Smoky Hill High School on January 5-6, 2013. This meet is not quite as large as our Fall Meet but will require many volunteers to help. Watch for more information in the coming weeks.
