2025 Team Tryout Info:

• Where: Butterfield Park Pool, 3952 Butterfield Crossing Dr, Castle Rock, CO 80109
• When: Tuesday, July 15th OR Wednesday, July 16th, 2025 - 645-8 PM; swimmer need only attend ONE.
• What to expect: Swimmers will be divided into groups with ROCK Coaches and will demonstrate the following swim skills - Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, Butterfly, Flip-Turn & Dives.  Note: it's alright if your swimmer doesn't know some of these skills, we want to see what they know and what they still would need to learn or work on.
• What to bring: swim suit, cap (optional), goggles & ROCK-star attitude!
