FAST Masters is an adult swimming team (ages 18+) that welcomes participants of all ability levels.  Pool, open water, triathlete's and those just interested in swimming for personal health benefits. 

We believe that fun, fitness, and a little friendly competition are magic ingredients for a healthier, happier you! The FAST Masters coaching staff is part of the top age group swim team in the country. Our Masters coaches are required to have the same credentials and additional training as our age-group team. FAST Masters coaches are there to provide direction, motivation, and help you, the swimmer, get to your next level of swimming, no matter the talent or experience.

Workouts - At EPIC unless otherwise noted.  Schedule through July 28th.

Monday IM/Free: 5:30-6:45 am, 8:00-9:00 am, 11:30-12;45 pm 

Wednesday Speed: **5:30-6:30 am**, 8:15-9:15 am and 11:30-12:30 pm

Thursday Technique: **7:00-8:30am**, Tri/OWS: 11:30-12:30 pm Long Course

Friday Mid Distance Free: 5:30-7:00 am, 8:30-9:30 am, 11:30-1:00 pm All Long Course

Saturday Dates TBD **7:00-8:30am**

**Timnath Pool 25 yards**  Directions: Take Harmony Rd east of I-25 for 2 miles. You will come to Club Drive (light) take a Right. Go through the roundabout and you will come to the T intersection. Go Right this is Schoolhouse Drive in about a 1/4 mile you will come upon the pool/parking lot (it is the only thing built out there).  

​Fees: Choose between monthly, punch card or drop in. Monthly - $65, Punch card - $90/10 swims, drop in - $10 pay coach on deck.  To sign up for monthly or punch card: Online Registration - FAST Masters Fees covers entrance to the pool during coached workouts.  If you plan to swim at EPIC during non practice times, please pay the daily fees at the front desk.

Annual Fee - United States Masters Swimming (USMS) registration is required for all swimmers! $70 https://www.usms.org/join-usms/join-or-renew When registering for USMS first select club: Colorado Masters Swimming (CMS), then the workout group: FAST1.
