NOVICE GROUP(S)
Requirements

11/under swimmers

Attend a recommended minimum of two days per week.
Expectations

Develop a strong base of stroke technique

Prepare athlete for Junior Group
JUNIOR GROUP(S)
Requirements

13/under swimmers

Attend a recommended minimum of 3 days per week
Expectations

Build upon stroke technique from Novice Group

Quality over Quantity

Introduction of time standards

Race strategy

Prepare athlete for Senior level training
SENIOR GROUP(S)
Requirements

13/Over swimmers

Attend a recommended minimum of 3-4 days per week

Doubles recommended during High School season 1-2 per week (or a Sunday when offered)
