HS Swimming Rules for Competition outside of HS

Participation in "Outside" meets - Swimmers of member schools may participate as "unattached" individuals (not representing the school or outside team), in a maximum of four (4) "outside" meets per season.  Choice of such outside meets to be made by swimmers with approval of the swimmer's school administration. Present weekly swimming limitations will be maintained, one of which may be the one of four allowable "outside" meets.

Swimmers may not compete in more than 3 meets in a week total.

MultiDay/Sat-Sun meets count as 1 meet and can go either week before or after

The limits are in place from the first regular HS meet until the end of the season - depending on what they qualify for.
