SATURDAY MORNING PRACTICE AT USJ Coach Jim is running practice Saturday morning from 8:00am-9:30pm (ending 30 mins earlier), so he may attend the 10/Under Meetat Miss Porters.
REMINDER: Seniors; National Prep and National will practice in Wesleyan's 50 meter pool tonight from 6:00pm-8:00pm. WHAT Swimming rents the facility to provide our athletes an opportunity to train long course meters, which allows them to work on endurance, technique and develop race strategies for their events. WHAT Swimming is one of a handful of teams in the entire state that invests in 50 meter training this early in the season. PREPARE TO SWIM FAST!!!
