Senior Prep; Senior; National Prep; National: BRING ISP to practice on Friday Night.... 45 minute Goal Setting session.....

Meet warmup will start at 540pm. 11/12 fly will be a positive checkin and officials are now deciding where to place the event.

Day 2 of the Wilton Y Invite has come and gone..... The day was hot, but WHATswimmers made it hotter with blazing times!! Many of our athletes recorded best times and we added more Regional; Age Group; and Senior Championship qualification times... GREAT JOB WHAT SWIMMING!!!

Congratulations to all the swimmers today... WHAT Swimming recorded a number of Best Times; Age group cuts; Senior cuts and Eastern Zone Qualification times.. Tomorrow starts the first day of prelims/finals.
