Change in Practice Times this weekend for Senior Prep; Senior; National Prep and National: SATURDAY- 7:30am-10:30am SUNDAY- 4:00pm- 7:00pm
The Senior, National Prep and National Team will conduct a workout tomorrow (Wednesday) from 4:30pm-6:30pm at the University of Saint Joseph.

MESSAGE FROM HHAC...... HHAC was anticipating a competitive fun swimming weekend. However, due to the Blizzard of 2013 and Governor Malloy's declared State of Emergency. We have decided to reschedule HHAC Invite to February 22-24th. We still hope to have a competitive fun swim weekend then without having to battle blizzard conditions and compromise participants, parents and volunteers safety. This is the e-mail we just received from the HHAC meet director regarding the plans for the meet this weekend: HHAC is concerned about the inclement weather coming. We will be changing to the meet sessions and layout. Please see below: Friday's distance portion of the meet would be postponed to Monday, Feb.11th. Saturday's events be ran as timed final events instead Prelims/Finals. By doing this we would take the 13/O am session and put it in place of finals with a 4:30 warm-up, 5:30 start.
