We are one day away from the FIRST two day USA Swimming Meet ever held at the Miss Porter's School Pool!!!
Juniors: The 2012-2013 ISP's are in and Coach Jim is ready to implement them into your training. Therefore tomorrow morning, practice will begin at 7:30 am. Coach Jim plans to CONDUCT A GOAL SETTING SESSION FROM: 7:30 am UNTIL 8:00/8:15 am. After the meeting, Junior swimmers will train until 10:00 am. Get ready to set your goals!!!
REMINDER to Senior Prep, Senior, National Prep and National Swimmers: ISP's will be given to Senior Coaching Staff upon your arrival Saturday morning, so we can review your goal sheet during the WHAT Weekly Warm-up. This will be a follow-up to our Goal Setting meeting from last Sunday!!
