MEET FORMS & SANCTION APPLICATION

Effective September 8, 2023 all applications for sanctioned or approved events in the Wisconsin Swimming LSC must be submitted electronically.  All applications must comply with USA Swimming and Wisconsin Swimming rules and policies as of the date of application. All submissions must include an application form and a proposed meet packet. Use the link below to submit your applications and packets.

Sanction/Approval requests are being accepted for 2025/26 Fall-Winter meets only.
Sanctions for the 2026 Spring/Summer season will begin in March 2026.
