About Us
The Hercules East Bay Silver Dolphins is a USA swimming team that practices and competes year round! Our program is open to swimmers from 5-18 years of age; swimmers must be able to swim 25 yards unassisted prior to joining the swim team and an assessment must be arranged with a coach prior to admittence to the team. The coaching staff will evaluate the swimmer and place them in the designated group. Swim practices are held at the Hercules Community Swim Center.

The East Bay Silver Dolphins Swim Team is a parent-run, family-oriented organization especially designed for children between the ages of 5 and 18 who want to learn to swim well, and to learn about competitive swimming in a very positive environment. EBSD provides children with the opportunity to experience being on a team and what it means to be a team player, to learn about hard work and dedication, to make new friends, to receive recognition for a job well done and most of all to have lots of fun. EBSD is a non-profit organization. The East Bay Silver Dolphins (EBSD) is a competitive swim team dedicated to fostering a love for swimming,and providing a safe, positive and challenging environment for growth to all levels of athletes from the East Bay.
