Monthly Fees are paid to the City of Hercules on the first of each month. The swimmer's account will be billed unless the family has completed the "Cancellation of Membership" form (electronic Google Form) and submitted it to Coach Chelsea and the City of Hercules' Parks and Recreation office. The swimmer's family is responsible for all fees associated with their monthly dues until the Google Form has been submitted.
In addition to registering with the City of Hercules, every swimmer is required to pay and register with USA swimming. Once the swimmer has registered with the City of Hercules, then the EBSD board will send a link to the family to register with USA Swimming. The parent/guardian will then create an account with USA Swimming, add their swimmer(s), register and pay for the USA Swimming Membership.
USA Swimming Annual Membership Fee (renewed each December) - $89 (2024 fee)
