2023-2024 EFSL Coach Registration

All coaches must register with the league each year 

Coach registration is a two-step process

1. Registration Form https://form.jotform.com/231571598538165

2. Complete SafeSport Training.  Instructions to complete the training are emailed to coaches once they've submitted their EFSL Registration

Once Safe Sport Training is completed the League Coach, Kate Morgans, will email your coach credential to the email provided in the registration.

Prior to beginning the registration form coaches should have their background check and SafeSport Disciplinary Database Name Check handy and ready to upload.

  • Enter your full name and take a screen capture of the 'Sorry, no matching records found' page to upload to this registration form.
