2026 Registration Forms & Information

2026 Swim Season Registration 

To register for the 2026 swim season please use the link provided to you by your home club.

When registering please select RENEW, if USAS has not issued you a SWIMS 3.0 member ID, you will be directed to then select NEW.

2026 MEMBERSHIP TYPES & PRICING

• PREMIUM/YEAR ROUND ATHLETE   ($92):  9/1/2025 - 12/31/2026.  Unlimited and unrestricted meet participation.

• FLEX ATHLETE ($30): 9/1/2025 - 12/31/2026.  12 & Under Only.  Athletes are restricted to competition in two (2) sanctioned meets, excluding LSC Championship meets and above.  This membership is upgradable to Premium Membership for $59.

• OUTREACH ATHLETE ($9):  9/1/2025- 12/31/2026.  Athletes who meet financial eligibility requirements (see outreach membership information  and Link to application under the Athletes section below).  Outreach members have the same benefits as premium members and are also eligible for AMS Entry Fee Reimbursement.

• NON-ATHLETE ($92):  9/1/2025 - 12/31/2026. Coaches, Officials, all club board members and any adult having frequent and regular contact with minor athletes. Requires USA Swimming Background Check and Athlete Protection Training.  Additional Requirements for coaches.  

• CLUB  Renewal ($405) New Club ($930):  9/8/2025 - 12/31/2026.  Annual club registration. Must register with USAS via your Club Portal first.

• USA Swimming Background Check
• Athlete Protection Training (APT)
  ​There are currently four APT options:  APT Core Course, Refresher 1, Refresher 2 and Refresher 3. If you do not see one of those courses in your dashboard with the word "START" on the icon, you will need to go to the "Courses" menu and add it to your dashboard. The APT course you need will say "ADD COURSE".  The others will either say "DONE" or "DISABLED".

• Red Cross Safety Training for Swim Coaches On-Line Content
• Safety Training for Swim Coaches In-Water Skills Checklist
   
• Pennsylvania state clearances - required for all volunteers, coaches and paid employees of clubs who have contact with athletes. 

Volunteers & Coaches must complete 

• ​PA Child Abuse History Clearance
• PA State Police Criminal Record Check

​Coaches/paid employees must also complete

• FBI Criminal History Background Check

CLUB FORMS

• Incentive Program for clubs to attend the spring and fall HOD meetings
• Club Contact & HOD Delegate Change Form -  to be completed if any of the information provided on the club application changes throughout the year
