Roseville Spook-tacular Swim Meet Results

The event had 700 swimmers competing from all over California and Nevada . 

Here is a recap of how the Fast swimmers did at the Roseville Swim Meet

Jasmine (Jazz) Schaffer:  13 years old, ended the meet with one new best time.  Jasmine swam the 1000 yard freestyle for the 1^st time. Her 1000 yard freestyle finish time turned out to be a Sierra Nevada State Qualifying time.

Michaela (Mic) Whitfield:   10 years old, ended the meet with three new best times. Two of the three were "BB" times as well as new standards achieved. Mic"s two "BB" finish times were Sierra Nevada State Qualifying times in the 200 and 100 yard freestyle.

Mackenzie (Mac) Clark :  10 years old, ended the meet with three new best times. Mac achieved a Sierra Nevada State Qualifying time in her 100 Fly.

Jadan Rotton: 8 years old, ended the meet with one new best time. Jadan achieved a Sierra Nevada State Qualifying time in his 50 yard breastroke.

Morgan Clark: 6 years old, competed for the second time and ended the meet with three new best times. Morgan achieved a new standard time in her 25 back.

Michaela (Mic) Whitfield and Mackenzie (Mac) Clark also swam the 1000 yard freestyle for the first time. It is unfortunate that this event is not offered in their age group at the state meet, because they both gave it their all and it was a great swim.

As their coach I was extremely pleased with the results from this meet. We had some outstanding swims throughout the meet. Way to go Fernley Aquatic Swim Team swimmers.
