This group is for swimmers who have passed swim lesssons and/or can swim a 25 (one length) unassisted, without stopping.  Swimmers must also be comfortable jumping in the deep end and swimming to the edge unassisted.

Intermediate ($75/month)

This is our second competitive group.  Swimmers will work on all 4 strokes as well as their turns (flip turns for free and back).

Junior ($85/month)

Swimmers know and can peform all 4 strokes legally as well as their turns.  A larger focus on developing aerobic capacity and racing begins to occur here.

Swimmers need a mesh bag, fins (short), snorkel, pull buoy and kick board.  Click on the equipment name for examples. Pre Senior ($100/month)

Swimmers are a minimum of 6th grade, and have passed the test sets (5 x 100 free @ 1:40, 5 x 100 IM @ 1:50, 5 x 100 kick @ 2:00) to move into this training group.  Swimmers may have other committments which affects how many practices they can attend.  A larger focus on attending meets and improving times and developing race strategies for different strokes and distances occurs here.

High School aged swimmers or very advanced and dedicated 7th/8th graders.  Swimmers have made swimming a higher priority in their life and have goals comparable to their dedication.

There is a one time per year(each fall for returners even if they joined in spring/summer, as the shirt changes in the fall) Membership fee of $50.  This fee includes a t-shirt, 1 swim cap, and a car sticker.  It's important that ALL FAST members have TEAM gear to display their TEAM PRIDE!
