BRAVO JR

Swimmers in this group typically participate in novice level meets in addition to qualifying meets such as Area Champs and Junior Olympics. Swimmers in this group are encouraged to attend 4 practices of 1.5 hours in the water a week and 2-3 hours a week of dryland.

 

TEAM BRAVO

While not everyone will be able to achieve amazing results, swimmers in this group will shoot for LSC
Championship, Junior National, National, and Olympic Trial time standards. Team Bravo swimmers commit to 20+ hours of water, 8+ hours of dryland per week, and are expected to
attend all swim meets.
