Pompano Beach, FL- More than 70 young swimmers hit the water and made a big splash on Friday, September 9, 2011, at the Pompano Beach Aquatic Center. For the first time in the history of the Pompano Piranhas, the team will be offering adult swimming activities. Starting August 1st, Piranhas Adult Masters Swimming will have workouts Monday thru Thursday at 6:30 pm and Saturday at 9 am. In the near future, the Piranhas will offer workouts at Noon, Monday thru Friday. Start date for Noon practices to be announced soon. All Piranhas Masters Swimmers will be required to register USMS.
