For Practice

As you prepare to join us on deck for your first practices, the following gear is required. For your convenience, we have established a Team Store through SwimOutlet.com. A portion of sales come back to help fund the continued support and improvement of our team events and equipment.

Red and Bronze Teams:

• Short training Fins
• Goggles/swim cap
• Kickboard
• Pull Buoy
• Swim paddles
• Swim snorkel
• Mesh bag to hold equipment

Silver, Senior Silver and Gold Teams:

• Fins
• Goggles (both tinted and clear are recommended for day/night swimming)
• Kickboard
• Pull Buoy
• Swim paddles
• Swim snorkel
• Mesh bag to hold equipment

For Meets

**According to New Rules, no technical suit (or Tech suit) may be worn by any 12 & Under USA swimming athlete member in competition at any Sanctioned, Approved or Observed meet. This rule is in effect for all USA Swimming competitions in the United States.
