CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

No make-ups or refunds are given for missed classes.  If you need to reschedule a future class, please contact Coach Eric or Coach Zoe at least 24 hours before the scheduled class and we will try to find a substitute class based on availability.  Lessons availability will depend on pool space and instructor availability. If your child must miss several classes due to unforeseen circumstances, such as ear infection, broken limb etc., we will give credit toward the following session, only for the classes missed.

*We are only able to guarantee space in the session directly following.

**We will ask that you please provide any necessary documentation as proof.

***We give a 10-minute grace period for lessons. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the lesson will be counted as a no-show and will not be made up.

If a lesson is cancelled outside of the 24-hour window, it will count as a no-show and will not be made up.

  • If We Cancel

If a class is canceled because of weather conditions, the lesson will be made up in the week following the last scheduled week of the session. If a class is scheduled during make up week, and your swimmer does not show up for their class, we will not provide another make up date.

Generally, classes are only canceled for thunderstorms: we will teach when it is raining.

If classes are canceled, we will send out a notification email an on social media.

** If you have not heard that a lesson has been cancelled, you should still plan to arrive on time for your scheduled class. If the weather clears, you will want to be there to get in on time and not have it count as a no show.

** If we must clear the water during a lesson: if we have completed a minimum of 20 minutes, the lesson will count as a full lesson. If we clear before the 20-minute mark, we will reschedule the lesson.
