Week of June 30

Greetings!

* This week we will have our regular practice schedule except on Friday, July 4 there will be NO afternoon practices for all groups.  Have a great and safe 4th!

* Sign ups for the FGC Area 3 meet need to done by tomorrow, July 1. This meet is long course however, there are no qualifying times  and it is at the FIU- Biscayne Bay campus . After you sign in to your team unify account, please click on Area 3 meet to commit. If you have any questions, please email me [email protected]

* Swimmers in the Senior, Senior Development and Gold squads: I'd like to start your afternoon practices (Monday-Thursday) at 4:00 rather than 5:00.  We will phase that in this week. Please let me know if you have any problems with this. We will continue to have the mornings (Monday-Friday) at 7:00.

* Super job at the "Fun Meet" here last Friday and the Developmental meet at Tamiami Pool on Saturday! We finally caught a break with the weather. If you have any pictures you'd like to share with our website, please forward to me. Email pics over 3 MB to my gmail- [email protected] as the school will block larger files.

* 1 month in! Thank you for your kindness and assistance. Most of all, thank you for your patience. It's been a pleasure meeting the families of Miami Country Day Aquatics. I'm looking forward to working with you, growing the program and developing excellent swimmers!
