IMPORTANT SCHEDULE CHANGE
Dear MCDA Swim Team,
As you may or may not know, there was an incident near campus early this morning that compelled Miami Country Day to close campus today. While the details of what happened are still developing, we can confirm that it involved a fatal car accident, which occurred on 6th Avenue. We were informed by local police that the roads surrounding campus would be blocked off for several hours. Classes for both the Middle and Upper School were held online today and Lower School classes were canceled.
All after school activities on campus are canceled.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this might cause. Please keep the entire Miami Shores community in our thoughts and prayers.
