MCDS Cancelled Tomorrow, Nov. 16 Due to Flooding

Dear Spartan Aquatics Families:

Miami Country Day School will be closed tomorrow, November 16th, due to excessive rain and flooding.  All programs are cancelled for tomorrow.
 
We are experiencing unprecedented rainfall today and, according to the latest weather forecast, will continue to do so into tomorrow morning.  I'm sure you have recieved the Emergency Alerts of the FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS on your phones. 
 
Currently, our campus is flooded and is not safe.  Our Administrative Team has decided to close campus and cancel school.  Given the forecast for additional and significant rain, we believe it is wise to cancel all practices (Masters, Swim Team & Water Polo) and all swim lesson classes for tomorrow, Thursday, November 16.

Of course, we plan to be fully operational and on campus on Friday, November 17.
