Trampoline & Tumbling

MGA offers a Trampoline and Tumbling program for recreational and competitive tumbling on trampoline, double mini trampoline, and power tumbling floor. Our program is designed for students of all levels, from beginning to advanced, and is open to children ages 7 and up.

We welcome students from all gyms, groups, and schools, and have a no recruitment policy to ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all. Our Trampoline and Tumbling program allows students to develop skills and achieve their goals in the three events of T&T. We are alwasy looking for new talented students for our competitive team too.

  • Rod Floor

  • Trampoline

  • Double Mini Tramp

  • Tumble Track

  • Spring Floors

  • In-ground pits

  • Mats, barrels, and other suuplemental learning equipment

Skills Learned in T&T

  • handstands, cartwheels and roundoffs

  • front and back walkovers

  • back handsprings and front handsprings

  • multiple handsprings and front and back tucks

  • bounding tumbling and trampoline skills

  • front and back twisting elements

Trampoline and Tumbling Class Information

Class Length: 1 hour
Cost: Starting at $82/mo* (click menu below for all pricing options)
Attire:

  • tank top, athletic shirt, or leotard and shorts (available in our pro shop)

  • hair longer than shoulder-length pulled up

  • no jewelry or dangling earrings (posts are okay)

  • no shoes (sock are okay)

  • no gum

MGA Showcase Competitions

At MGA we host seasonal in-gym showcase competitions, where students get to show off what they've been learning in class and get a chance to compete for awards! Each competition has a special theme and is designed to be a fun and positive experience for students.
